'My spouse and I have had the pleasure to work with Abrazo homes, who built our home in the Peaks community of Mariposa in Rio Rancho. From our first warm welcome from Larry Stapp, our sales rep to the support we have received from Denise on the Service team, everything went very smoothly. We chose Abrazo for the detailed build and design that was included in the base price. We are very pleased with our appliances, the quietness of our home and the other amenities that were included. We worked with Bri at the Design Center to add our own touches and she was very helpful in assisting us with colors, textures and the overall design of the interior. Should you choose Abrazo as a builder, you can expect to get the best value of all the Mariposa builders. We thoroughly investigated Raylee, DR Horton, and Twilight prior to committing to Abrazo. Our choice was based upon feedback like this, as well as the extras offered by Abrazo. While the extras in and of themselves may be small (Mariposa PID paid off, blinds, smart home features, lower lot premium, LED lights, 8' front door, maple cabinets...). They add up to a significant benefit over other builders ($20k+). The blinds are good quality and in the midst of a life changing move, it was so nice to not have to worry about moving into a house with uncovered windows. Couple all of this with outstanding customer service and a quality product and you have a winning business model.
